Summary of weekly real estate transactions for the week ending 30 September 2022

Dubai: The real estate and properties transactions valued at AED 22 billion in total during the week ending 30 September 2022. The sum of transactions was 2,702.

 123 plots were sold for AED 949.17 million, 2,068 apartments and villas were sold for AED 4.43 billion.
