IndiGo on Sunday diverted its Sharjah-Hyderabad flight to Pakistan’s Karachi due to a “technical defect”. This is the second Indian airline to make an emergency landing in Karachi in two weeks. SpiceJet’s Boeing 737 aircraft from New Delhi to Dubai on July 5 had made an emergency landing in Karachi after a fuel indicator fault.
