Come 10 August, IndiGo airlines will begin a nonstop, direct flight service to Abu Dhabi from the Coimbatore International Airport. Flight (6E 1497) will depart Coimbatore at 7:40am and reach Abu Dhabi nearly four hours later, at 10am (GST).
The airline has scheduled to operate three weekly flights between Coimbatore and the UAE capital, so there will be one departing flight as well as one incoming on Tuesdays, Thursdays and Saturdays.
